Terms and Conditions for Tutoring Services

• Fees are due on the first day of tutoring for each half term.
• Fees cannot be refunded if lessons are missed for any reason, including student’s illness. Unless there are exceptional circumstances. (E.g family emergency, illness)
• It may be possible to make up a single lesson. 
• If the lesson is missed by C Bryant they will be refunded /or payment adjustment in the next half term.
• Fees cannot be refunded unless there is a good reason or 48 hours notice is given.

Parents agree to give 6 weeks’ notice to terminate lessons.

Assessments.

Confirmation will be required within a week of a reply to an assessment date. If you no longer require the assessment this must be cancelled within two weeks before the assessment is due.
